Kimna Leav
Country Director, Grow Asia - CPSA

Kimna Leav currently serves as the Country Director of the Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA) – Grow Asia’s Country Partnership in Cambodia. As Country Director, Kimna spearheads strategic initiatives to enhance sustainable agricultural practices across Cambodia. She is responsible for building and maintaining CPSA’s reputation and its relationships with key stakeholders, including representatives from the private sector, governmental agencies such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the General Directorate of Agriculture, the Department of Agro-industry, and the Ministry of Commerce, as well as civil society organizations.

Kimna has an extensive background in integrated developmental programs and strategic planning in the agricultural sector. She has over five years of experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of sustainable agricultural projects. Prior to leading CPSA, Kimna served as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager for the Cambodia Counter Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Project, a USAID program managed by Winrock International.

Additionally, she has ten years of experience across various sectors, including private companies, micro-finance, and integrated program development at World Vision International-Cambodia. Her work has spanned agriculture, women's economic empowerment, sustainable local value chain development, education, water and sanitation, nutrition, and local capacity for peace projects. This diverse experience has honed her ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds.

Kimna holds an Executive Certificate and Diploma in Development Policies and Practices from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the International Institute of Cambodia.
